KPM Association Management is a locally owned company dedicated to managing the unique needs of homeowners’ associations in the Dallas area.  Our location in the center of Uptown Dallas keeps us close to the communities we partner with.  We live and work where you do! We collaborate with the Board of Directors and custom tailor our services to meet the specific needs of the communities we manage.

For over ten years, we’ve partnered with our Association Boards to maintain and increase property values and foster a strong sense of community.  The KPM management team brings more than five decades of combined experience in the Association management industry.  We have a history of developing and maintaining strong, positive long-term relationships with the communities entrusted to us.
